We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please use our contact form within 7 business days of receiving your package. Please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products. We will refund your product (we do not refund shipping costs). All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product.
Note the following conditions:
The wig cannot be altered in any way and must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging which includes the following:
- The wig cannot be altered in any way.
- No chemical or heat processing;
- No dying, bleaching or altering the hair color;
- No hair glue, adhesive or styling gel is used on the wig;
- No cutting of the hair, lace or tracks
- No washing or restyling of the unit.
How to return a product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to include the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. It can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location. Always include your tracking # with your return for faster processing.
